Terms of Service

You may be required to authenticate (via Discord) to access features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access methods and for all activity that occurs under your ID.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict anyone else's enjoyment of the platform.

All content — text, graphics, logos and proprietary software mechanisms — remains the exclusive property of Tyceno.gg.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the ecosystem mechanics without written consent.

The Vault is a community prize-pool system where users earn keys through activity on partner platforms using code TYCENO. The following rules apply:

• Linking required. You must link a valid Discord account to participate and claim keys.
• Earning mechanics. Keys are generated from new wagers ($500 = 1 key). Only wagers made after establishing your baseline count. Wager totals are read from the leaderboard and only Stake-only wager counts toward them; if your total looks lower than expected, wait for the leaderboard to refresh or confirm your wagers were placed in the correct category.
• Provably fair. The vault uses provably fair algorithms for prize selection. Giveaway draws publish their seeds and can be recomputed by anyone; see the verifier.
• Zero tolerance. Multi-accounting or farming abuse results in immediate permanent disqualification.

Giveaway draws are decided by a committed seed rather than by anyone’s judgement, and the record is public so the result can be checked rather than taken on trust.

• Committed in advance. Before entries close we publish the SHA-256 of a secret server seed. The seed is fixed before anyone knows who entered, so it cannot be chosen to suit a result.
• Derived from the entrants. The entrant list itself forms the client seed. Both seeds drive an unbiased permutation of the pool, so neither we nor an entrant can steer it.
• Published afterwards. The seed is revealed with the winner. It has to hash to the commitment published beforehand, and replaying it has to select the same person.
• Check it yourself. Every roll and its seed are listed at tyceno.gg/giveaways/verify, where each one is recomputed in your own browser. A standalone script is published there too, so you need not trust the page either.
• What is not covered. Rolls drawn before the entrant list was recorded, and any roll drawn locally because the draw service was unreachable, are marked as such rather than presented as verified. The page says which is which.

We reserve the right to terminate access instantly and without notice for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, any unused Vault keys are forfeited.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal, fraudulent or malicious activity
• Impersonating Tyceno staff or other users
• Distributing harmful or discriminatory content
• Use of automation or botting tools

The services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits or data loss arising from use of the platform, including issues related to Vault key distribution or prize calculations.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you have questions, reach out through our official support channels.
